PURCHASE CONDITIONS
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all purchases made through the Viñas Murillo website.
Viñas Murillo informs that it is responsible and knows the current legislation of the countries to which it sends the products and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without this affecting the goods that were purchased prior to the modification.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
To proceed with the purchase of the product, the Registered User must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
Buying in our store is very easy; you just have to register, filling in the registration form, add the desired products to your basket and, once the payment is made, we will send you a confirmation email with your order. From this moment your order will arrive at the indicated address within 24-48 working hours.
PAYMENT METHODS - SECURE PAYMENT

SERMEPA (REDSYS) is a secure purchasing system that allows customers who shop online to be identified with confidence. REDSYS develops technology in the field of payment methods.
This system complies with the secure electronic commerce standards adopted by the international brands of Visa and MasterCard cards to guarantee the ownership of the buyer.
Purchases made through the online payment service SERMEPA (REDSYS), with cards issued by any other national or foreign financial entity and in which the identity of the cardholder's identity is carried out, will be managed by this system.
In such cases, neither the cardholder nor the card issuing entity may allege ignorance of the purchase made, or request the retrocession of the operation with the reason "operation not authorized by the cardholder"
To make the purchase through the SERMEPA credit card (REDSYS) you must follow the following steps:

2. The next step is to verify the ownership of the client by the card issuer.

RETURNS
You can make your return by mail or by courier:
1. Print the order confirmation email.
If you do not keep the order confirmation email, you can print it in the "My account" section.
2. Prepare your return
Pack the items you want to return in their original packaging. The products must be in perfect condition of packaging and conservation. Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible area of the package and send it to the following address:

3. Make the shipment
You can send your return by the method you prefer, but we recommend doing it by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt. Otherwise, we can not be held responsible in case of loss or delivery in poor condition of the package.
4. Refund
Once we receive the package, the refund of the amount will be processed in the same payment method used in the purchase within 14 working days. Remember that the transport costs originated by the return run to your account.
